We're rolling out a cool little update that's gonna amp up your gaming experience! Get ready for weapon updates, slick UI changes, and a bunch of other tweaks that'll make your gameplay smoother than ever before! 🛠️🔧

Unique Weapons Update

There are several unique guns in the game, that we added for special occasions. These are now updated to be Uncommon skins!

Balance Changes

Frenzy Shotgun

Reworked effects (Dragon's breath shotgun ammo effect)
The projectile count reduced from 8 to 7
The spread pattern changed to be less random

UI Changes

Buttons throughout the game now have updated visuals and new state transitions
New animations and states for notification icons like “New”. More noticeable and meaningful
All buttons in the Exit Menu on the Main Screen and in Pause Menu are now in one place with additional quick access to Controls settings
There is only one button to Search for Friends in the Friends side panel at the bottom now, and when you press it the focus is automatically on the input field by default

Other Changes

Heroes won’t try to do a knife-slide on the sides of small platforms
You can now close the custom lobby menu and get back to the lobby browser without leaving the lobby
Custom lobbies now work faster without showing a loading spinner that often
We’ve replaced the Feedback button in the Main Menu with the bigger one for quick access to Discord
When you are eliminated the camera won’t follow invisible Hantus or show the enemy’s spawn base
On Xbox consoles you can now see your Xbox friends in the game, if they are playing SquadBlast too

Bug Fixes

The effects of burning were appearing where was no fire damage at all, now they don’t
In some cases Arx transformation animation could get stuck in the middle, it won’t anymore
Hats should not disappear from the Fashion slots when equipped now
On iPhones, battle controls won’t go under Dynamic Island and won’t be covered by Home Indicator
On mobile devices, you can tap on player’s nickname in chat to access his profile again
Wrong edgy outlines for some elements in UI on mobile devices are gone now
When someone is joining your party Friends panel won’t appear on its own
When you join a party, friends panel won’t appear either
The game now better handles situations when you switch internet connections
If you remove some key bindings and relaunch the game, they won’t reset
