It takes all walks of life to save the world. From former soldiers to assassins to eco-vigilantes and anyone in between. Their visions for the future differ and sometimes UltraHorse compound seems to be a powder keg waiting for a matchstick.

The various gangs and other groups in the UltraHorse Towers community each have their own agendas and motivations. Although they all agree that the world needs changing, and fast, their visions for tomorrow differ.

A fragile truce now exists between the various groups that make up the UltraHorse Towers community. This alliance has been formed, but for how long UltraHorse can effectively lead these disparate individuals and different agendas remains an open question.

new dawn

This is a politically leftist gang, and they believe they are working with UltraHorse to bring hope for a better world. Their short term goals include a desire to cooperate with citizen groups around the world to save citizens from exploitative situations, whether that harm comes from selfish corporations, ruthless dictators, or other bad actors.

The long term goals of this gang center on building a new and better world from the ruins of the current world. Dash, Nigel, and Paavo are the current members of this gang.

echoes

This is a gang of ex-military fighters and mercenaries, and they are organized along military lines. Tired of following the orders of rich old men, they are ready to take matters into their own hands.

These politically rightist fighters have reluctantly decided that the state of the planet is so screwed up that it is now their duty to use their training, and military skills to save the world. They believe all empires were built by warriors, and that now is the time for this gang and their like to take over and build a new stable planetary society.
Sonny and ref_error_ echoes_subj2 are the current members of the Echoes gang.

penny royals

This gang is composed of independent warriors, hired sharpshooters, and criminals who previously lived on the outskirts of society as outlaws. They are apolitical, and primarily focused on the money they earn as crystal harvesters and UH fighters.

All of the members of this gang, Laika, Hantu, and Arx, have a variety of people interested in finding them, whether they be paid assassins, angry victims, or international police agencies. As such, the members of this gang all perceive the UltraHorse Towers community to be a safe refuge and a convenient place to live for the moment.

All members of the gang still carry on some quantity of their independent activities outside of the complex. None of them really has a plan for the future, and they are just happy to be hiding where they are now.
